Membership Conditions

• Exclusive Membership: Members of SWMSC are not permitted to hold memberships in other swimming clubs.
• Member-Only Access: Only members are eligible to register athlete under Singapore Swimming Association
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Benefits

• First-Time Member Gift: New members receive a free waterproof bone-conduction headset (applicable to advanced-level members).
• Complimentary Cap: All SWMSC members receive a free swimming cap.
• Private Lesson Validity: Packages of 10 private lessons are valid for six months.

Payment Terms

• Payment Deadlines: Payment is required before the start of the class. Renewal payments must be at least seven days before the next term.

Private Lesson

• Lesson Validity: All 10-lesson packages must be completed within 3 months from the first lesson. Unused lessons will expire without refund. SWMSC members may extend validity up to 6 months.
• Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations are considered as a lesson taken. Last-minute cancellations are also considered as a lesson taken, unless notified at least one day in advance or with a valid medical certificate.
• Bad Weather Policy: Lessons proceed during light rain unless there is a risk of lightning. To cancel, parents must notify the instructor 45 minutes before the lesson. 

Group Training Leson

• Student must be a memeber
• Absence Policy: Students absent for an entire month are still liable for fees and risk forfeiting their slot. No class replacements are allowed for any reason.
• Students attending once weekly are allowed two make-up lessons per term.
• Students attending twice weekly are allowed four make-up lessons per term.
• Full attenance : Any remaining weekly lessons within the 3 months period will be charger $50 per extra lesson.
• Public Holidays : Public holidays no lesson.
• Chinese New Year: The first three days of Chinese New Year are considered public holidays.

Refund Policy

All payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Limitation of Liabilit

SWMSC is not liable for any claims arising from injury, damage, or loss of life incurred during this course, including all associated costs and expenses.

The club shall not be held responsible for any private or unauthorized contact between parents and the club's coaches.

Use of Personal Data

SWMSC reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or sound recordings of swimmers, parents, or authorized persons taken during training sessions or swim meets for its publications, website, official channels, and external media.
